Every extra tier takes $1.50 off the piece price on regular sizes — that is 12% cheaper at tier 3 than at tier 1. On a 600 piece order that difference is$900.
Sizes can be mixed freely inside one colour, so a size curve still reaches the higher tier. Different colours are separate runs.
