Minimums and quantities
The minimum is 100 pieces per style and colour. Sizes can be mixed freely inside one colour; a second colour is a second minimum, because it is a separate picking run.
If 100 is too many for a first test, buying 50 twice is a legitimate route: it costs more per piece and it teaches you which size sells, which is worth more than the difference.
Samples and approvals
A sample takes 7–10 days including decoration, and costs roughly $40–90 delivered depending on destination and method. The cost is credited against the bulk order.
Wash it twice at 40°C before approving. Cracking, fading and shrinkage only appear after a wash.
Lead times
Stock orders: quote same or next day, dispatch in 2–5 business days, domestic delivery 2–6 days. Under two weeks end to end.
Production orders: 7–10 days sample, 25–35 days production, 30–40 days ocean freight, 5–10 days customs and inland. Ten to thirteen weeks door to door.
Prices, duty and freight
Stock prices are published per style with three tiers and the basis stated. Production and custom work is quoted per specification.
Duty is not published as a rate, because it depends on classification, origin and the date of import. What we do publish is the method for modelling it.
Sizes, colours and reorders
Extended sizes carry a published surcharge from +$0.75 at 2XL to +$3.10 at 6XL. Stock colours are free; a custom dye lot has its own minimum.
A reorder will be close but not identical in colour, because each dye bath differs. Keep a physical swatch from each batch — that is the only reliable reference.
When something goes wrong
Send photographs of the fault with the packing list. Defective goods are replaced or credited; the practical remedy for a damaged cross-border parcel is a replacement or partial refund, because returning goods to China usually costs more than they are worth.
That is also why inspection before final payment matters more than any after-sales promise.
