blank t shirt manufacturer

About Us: Blank T-Shirts From a Manufacturer With Nine Warehouses

We are a garment manufacturer that designs, develops, produces and supplies in one house. The core product is the blank t-shirt — the undecorated cotton tee that printers, brands and uniform buyers start from — supported by washed hoodies, long sleeves and knitted tops. Nine warehouses, eight in China and one in the United States, hold over three million pieces of stock, so an order can be a 100 piece top-up from local stock or a 100,000 piece production run.

What we make, and what we make most of

The main line is the blank t-shirt: cotton jersey from 160 to 350gsm, in crew neck, v-neck, long sleeve, tank and oversized cuts, plain or garment washed. Blank means undecorated — no print, no embroidery, no label of ours — which is exactly what a print shop or a private-label brand needs as a starting point.

Alongside the tee we run washed and distressed hoodies, long sleeves and knitted tops. The washing processes are the part that takes experience: snow wash, wax resist, tie-dye, dip-dye gradients, bleach fading and stone washing all behave differently on 230gsm and on 350gsm, and the same recipe does not transfer between weights.

Design, development, production and supply sit in one company rather than four. That matters at the point where a buyer changes something — a neck rib, a body width, a colour standard. There is no handoff to argue across.

Eight warehouses in China, one in the United States

Domestic stock is held in Guangzhou, Puning, Hangzhou, Yiwu, Jiangxi, Fujian, Changshu and Hebei. Eight locations, each with its own strength: Guangzhou and Puning for knits and washed finishes, Hangzhou and Yiwu for the fastest-moving basics, Changshu and Hebei for heavier weights, Jiangxi and Fujian for capacity on larger runs.

The ninth warehouse is in the United States. It exists for one reason: a buyer who needs shirts this week cannot wait for an ocean container. Stock in the US is priced against US distributors rather than against a Chinese FOB quote, because that is what the customer is comparing it to, and it ships from whichever coast is closer — East or West.

Nine warehouses and 12,000 m² of warehouse space is what makes a 100 piece order possible at all. A factory with a 3,000 piece minimum is not being difficult; it simply has nowhere to put a small run. We do.

What the numbers mean in practice

Daily output of 100,000 pieces is capacity, not a promise on any single order. It means a large run does not queue behind someone else's, and it means a reorder after a sell-out can be scheduled inside weeks rather than months.

Three million pieces of spot goods is the number that decides whether a colour and size curve is actually available. Stock depth is what stops a 600 piece order from being split across six weeks of production.

Twenty-six years in garment manufacturing is the part that is hardest to copy. Washing recipes, shrinkage behaviour, how a 350gsm body behaves after the first wash, which collar rib survives twenty cycles — that knowledge is not in a spec sheet, and it is the reason two factories quoting the same weight can deliver very different shirts.

Two ways to buy, and where the line sits

From US stock, the minimum is 100 pieces per style and colour and the shirt ships domestically. Sizes can be mixed freely inside one colour, so a size curve still meets the minimum. This is the route for a print shop topping up, a brand testing a colour, or a uniform order with a deadline.

As a production order, the shirt is made to your weight, fit, colour standard and label, and the minimum is set by the fabric run rather than by stock. Above roughly 10,000 pieces this is both cheaper and far more flexible, because the colour is dyed to your reference instead of being picked from what is on the shelf.

Between those two, small decorated runs are possible: take a white blank from US stock, add screen printing or embroidery, and ship. It is not the core of the business, but it is the reason a 100 piece decorated order can exist at all.

Large volume? Talk to us before you buy stock

If the order is above 10,000 pieces, buying from stock is the wrong tool — the colour mix is fixed and the depth is finite. Send the weight, the colour standard, the size curve and the label requirements, and we will quote it as a production run with a lead time, instead of selling you what happens to be on the shelf.

Custom orders run on the same line as the stock: screen printing, embroidery, DTG, private label and the same washing processes, priced FOB or DDP depending on which side of the ocean you want to take delivery.

Frequently asked questions

How many warehouses do you have?

Nine. Eight in China — Guangzhou, Puning, Hangzhou, Yiwu, Jiangxi, Fujian, Changshu and Hebei — and one in the United States, which ships domestically from the East or West coast.

What is your daily output?

100,000 pieces a day of production capacity. Spot stock is 3,000,000+ pieces across the nine warehouses, in 12,000 m² of warehouse space.

What do you mainly make?

Blank t-shirts first — plain cotton tees from 160 to 350gsm in crew neck, v-neck, long sleeve, tank and oversized cuts. Also washed and distressed hoodies, long sleeves and knitted tops, including snow wash, wax dye, tie-dye and gradient finishes.

What is the minimum order?

100 pieces per style and colour from US stock, with sizes mixable inside one colour. As a production order the minimum is set by the fabric run; above roughly 10,000 pieces a production order is cheaper and more flexible than stock.

Do you do design and development, or only production?

Both. Design and development, production and supply are in the same company, so a change to the neck rib, body width or colour standard does not get lost between three suppliers.
